Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail
Champagne cocktails date back to the 1800’s, when a champagne cocktail recipe was published in a book by Robert Tomes, and in the very first cocktail book “How to Mix Drinks” by Jerry Thomas in 1862, where he describes how to make a champagne cocktail (1 teaspoon sugar, 1 or 2 dashes of bitters, 1 piece of lemon peel, fill tumbler with 1/3 full broken ice, and fill balance with wine, shake well, and serve).
Nothing says the holidays like an elegant, festive poinsettia cocktail. Made with only three easy ingredients, the festive crimson red color and bubbles from the champagne make this easy to drink, easy to make, enticingly refreshing and low- calorie, with just 163 calories per glass. Made with André Champagne, this easily accessible sparkling wine offers a crispness with green apple notes and a soft mouthfeel- perfect for champagne cocktails.
Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail Recipe:
– 1/2-ounce orange liqueur
– 3 ounces cranberry juice
– 3 ounces Andre Champagne
– Fresh cranberries, for garnish
– Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish

Apple Pie Moscow Mule Recipe
Apple pie is an American holiday favorite, bringing up cozy memories of comfort. This easy to make, three ingredient cocktail recipe will be a favorite for years to come. Combining apple cider, vodka and ginger beer, the finished cocktail is the perfectly balanced combination of sweet and spicy. The ginger beer gives it a refreshing kick, and the cinnamon sticks and apple slices make the best holiday aroma. Made with Absolut Vodka, one of the largest spirit brands in the world and known for its super smooth, rich, Swedish vodka made from winter wheat, the original Moscow Mule has cemented its popularity in the cocktail world after being created in 1941 at New York City’s Chatham Hotel by combining vodka, ginger beer, and lime. As the story goes, three friends (two in vodka, one in ginger beer) combined the ingredients, served in a copper mug and magic was born. This modern recipe continues the mule tradition, with a tasty holiday spin.
Apple Pie Moscow Mule Recipe:
– 4 ounces apple cider
– 4 ounces Absolut vodka
– 1 bottle ginger beer
– cinnamon sticks & apple slices for garnish

Peppermint White Russian Recipe
The White Russian is said to be conceived in 1949 when a Belgian bartender named Gustave Tops created both the White and Black Russian (no cream) at the Hotel Metropole in Brussels for Perle Mesta, the U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg. A White Russian is typically made with vodka, cream, and coffee liquor. Cream can be substituted with milk, and the Peppermint White Russian is the perfect holiday spin, adding in peppermint extract for a festive vibe. Easy to make with just five ingredients, including crushed candy canes.
Peppermint White Russian Recipe:
– crushed candy canes
– 3 oz Kahlua
– 2 oz Absolut vodka
