What is Coin Master?
Coin Master is a fun single-player, “casino-esque” mobile game that allows you to spin the slot machine and win coins. The coins you win then can be used to build up your village. Once you’ve built up your village, you’re able to progress to the next level.
While you’re attempting to build your village, other players can raid, or attack, your village, forcing you to fix structures they’ve attacked; similarly, you earn opportunities to attack other players’ villages. As you spin the game’s slot machine, you also have a chance at earning shields, and these shields can be used to protect your village against raids.
Is Coin Master Free to Play?
Yes, Coin Master is free to download and play. While you will periodically asked if you’d like to spend money on in-game purchases to build up your village more quickly, you do not need to spend any money in order to simply play and enjoy the game.
Does Coin Master Pay Real Money?
No, Coin Master does not pay real money. The virtual currency you earn can only be redeemed in-game for actions like building up your village, which you need to do in order to proceed to the next level.
With Fetch Play, however, you actually get rewarded in real life for your time spent playing Coin Master. When you play Coin Master with Fetch, you can earn points for completing in-game milestones, and these points get added to your Fetch points balance; your Fetch points can then be redeemed for actual gift cards to a wide assortment of popular stores and retailers, from Amazon to Starbucks, and so many more.
Wondering if Fetch is legit? With over 4 million 5-star reviews, we can safely say Fetch is safe to use, fun, and very much legit! Be sure to download Fetch today, see what all the hype is about, and start earning free gift cards simply by playing Coin Master and other Fetch Play games.
How to Play Coin Master
The object of the game is to win or acquire coins, which are then used to build up the structures in your village. Once you have built up all of your structures in your village to the fullest, you complete that level and move on to the next level or village.
Coins can be won through a variety of means: playing the slot machine, attacking another player’s village, raiding another player’s treasure (their stash of coins), winning tournaments, and spinning the daily wheel.
Through playing the slot machine, you can also win shields, which can be used to protect your village from another player’s attack; a maximum of five shields can be used to defend your village. The game also allows for players to wage a “revenge” counterattack when their village is attacked.
You can increase the amount of rewards you win when playing the slot machine by increasing your bet amount. On the Spin screen, above the amount of remaining spins you have left (#/50), is the “Bet” button; tap on the “Bet” button to increase your bet and your subsequent winnings. You are only able to increase your bet if you have enough spins to cover the bet.
How Many Villages or Levels Are in Coin Master?
As of January 2024, there are over 500 villages in Coin Master, and more levels are being added as new updates are made to the game.
Each village, or level, has a different theme, with examples including Land of Vikings, Ancient Egypt, Atlantis, Night of the Dead, Desert Punk, Dungeon Lair, and literally hundreds more.
As you progress from one level to the next, the total cost to build up your structures and complete your village increases. For instance, Village 1, Land of the Vikings, costs 3.1 million coins to complete, while finishing your build of Village 100, Royal Monkey, will cost 2.8 billion coins.

What Are Cards in Coin Master?
Coin Master cards are items collected through normal gameplay. Each card is a part of a collection, and you need to collect all nine unique cards in a given collection in order to complete the collection.
Once you complete a card collection, you are awarded additional spins and other rewards; the size of your reward is determined by the rarity of the collection you complete. The availability and rarity of the cards you acquire is determined by the village level.
You are able to trade normal cards with your friends at any point in time, but this is not the case for Gold Cards.

How to Get a Golden Card in Coin Master
Coin Master Gold Cards are the rarest of the three card types: Normal, Rare, and Gold. Very few chests contain Gold Cards, and Gold Cards cannot be traded in the same way other cards can, yet you cannot complete your card sets without them.
There are three different ways to acquire Gold Cards:
- Opening Chests: Again, Gold Cards are the rarest of all, so keep in mind that your chances of getting a Gold Card when opening a chest are very low.
- Completing Events: Coin Master frequently hosts Special Events and Main Events that allow players the opportunity to win special rewards; in some cases, the reward could end up being a Gold Card.
- Trading With Other Players: Although Gold Cards cannot be traded in the same way Normal Cards can, you can trade Gold Cards during specific designated events. Each Gold Card trading event only allows for two specific Gold Cards to be traded. You can offer or request these Gold Cards by posting in Coin Master’s official Facebook trading group.

What is a Seasonal Chest in Coin Master?
Coin Master Season Chests are special, limited-edition chests only available for a set period of time. These chests allow you the chance to win rare or valuable items, like exclusive cards or large amounts of bonus coins and spins.
The exclusive cards you can win from Season Chests aren’t available in the regular card sets you acquire through gameplay and can only be acquired from Season Chests, making them more rare and therefore desirable. Once you’ve collected all nine cards in the set of Season Cards, you complete the set and win the corresponding reward; if you complete all card sets in a particular season, you then complete the album and win an even bigger reward.
